Fertility Awareness

I teach Fertility Awareness Method (as well as Natural Family Planning) to those who want to learn more about their cycles. Many couples use this method while trying to conceive, and others use it as a very effective form of birth control.

Birth Healing Group

The Birth Healing Group meets the fourth Sunday of every month from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM at Happy Bambino. It is facilitated by myself and Renee Mettes. For more information, see the group's website here.
